The inaugural ‘Sharing the Table’ dinner was hosted in 2022 at San Vicente Bungalows in Los Angeles with guests including Måneskin, followed by this year’s pre-Oscars dinner at 1 Hotel West Hollywood with some of the most revered young leaders, including Ugandan Nobel Peace prize nominee Vanessa Nakate, alongside fashion’s icons such as Bethann Hardison and Amber Valletta.

The GCFA celebrates positive forces in Fashion and Entertainment, and their collective ability to transform and move culture forward. This year’s edition was co-hosted by Tom Ford, Cate Blanchett, Viola Davis, and guests included Leonardo Di Caprio, Edward Enninful and Brazil’s minister for Indigenous People Sônia Guajajara.

The evening was held at Madera at Treehouse London, the elevated Californian-Mexican restaurant located on the hotel’s 15th floor, with stunning views overlooking the city. Sharing dishes for the table included organic guacamole, a vibrant vegan ceviche, a signature Madera salad, avocado and garlic flatbreads, cauliflower rice bowls and portobello mushroom hot rocks, followed by a selection of indulgent desserts. Guests sipped on Rookie Bramble cocktails made by Matteo Carretta - drinks came courtesy of a preview of Dover Yard, the new bar within the forthcoming 1 Hotel Mayfair, by SH Hotels & Resorts.
